What is Advanced Mobility Stretching?

Advanced Mobility Stretching is a professional, assisted stretching practice that improves flexibility, mobility, and body awareness by targeting muscles and connective tissues (fascia) to relieve pain, correct imbalances, enhance performance, and prevent injuries, using techniques like PNF and myofascial release for deeper, more effective results than traditional self-stretching

What type of training do you do?

Functional movement Training. Functional movement training (FMT) is an exercise approach that builds strength and coordination for daily activities by mimicking real-life movements, focusing on full-body patterns like squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, and rotating, unlike traditional training that often isolates muscles. Its goal is to improve mobility, stability, balance, and efficiency in everyday tasks, reducing injury risk and enhancing overall physical function for sports, rehabilitation, or general fitness.
